You’re never good enough, disciplined enough or strong enough to follow a plan and get the results you want. You spend more time planning your food and workouts for the week, but it STILL isn’t working.
I’ve been there, I’ve been there, I have been there.
So trust me when I say that it doesn’t always have to be like that. You don’t have to spend every second stressing about what you’re going to eat for dinner that day or how you’re going to get your workout in after a long day of class or work.
Working out and eating healthy are supposed to make you feel good, not create one more thing to stress out about in your already busy life.
