Thats where I come in.  I know what its like to start a new workout or nutrition plan, work hard and feel so trapped by your plan that you can't go out to dinner with friends or stray from your workout calendar without immense feelings of guilt.  I know what it's like to want results so bad and not see them at all.  I know what it's like to be stressed out about my workout and nutrition plan and feel like I can't live the life I want to live and follow this plan at the same time.  I know what its like to see my self confidence fly out the window because I am not seeing the results I want, sticking to my plan or living the life I want to live.

An effective fitness and nutrition plan should get YOU results while fitting in with your life and changing as your life changes. A fitness and nutrition plan should build your self confidence, and give you the tools you need to make healthier decisions when you're out with friends, it should teach you how to get a good workout in, it should teach you proper exercise technique and it should give YOU the power to make the decisions that are best for you.  Most importantly it should not stress you out, it should empower you and contribute to you living the best life you can possibly live.
