Hey all! So I’ve gotten so many questions about my favorite products, what I use to cook and bake with and what I use to workout with. I decided it would be way easier to compile a list of my must haves when it comes to cooking, baking, workouts and all things health! So here you go!
Ninja Blender. I put everything in this blender, all smoothies and so many dessert recipes! It also comes with a single serving size blender cup which is perfect!
Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour. I use this for EVERYTHING. Almond flour is amazing to bake with, you’ll notice it in most of my recipes!
Bob’s Red Mill Corn Meal. For The Best Gooey Corn Muffins recipe!
Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour. Another one of my favorite cooking flours, adds fiber and flavor!
Bob’s Red Mill Arrowroot Flour. Can you tell I have a favorite brand here?
Teddy’s Peanut Butter. I’m not kidding when I say this is the best peanut butter out there. I know MOST stores don’t sell it, as if you needed another reason the be thankful for amazon!
Trader Joe’s Coconut Oil. I use this for cooking, baking, and I put it in my hair when it gets really dry! There is actually nothing coconut oil can’t fix!
Rx Bars. These are my favorite on the go snack, they’re delicious and not filled with any of the crap you find in most power/ granola bars!
Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells. These are definitely an investment but SO worth it, especially if you regularly workout at home. They are super easy to adjust and take up almost no space. I LOVE my bowflex dumbbells!
Gaiam Yoga Mat. Another necessity for at home workouts, nothing good about doing abs on the ground!
