The weekend is almost here, and while most people are out enjoying their thirsty Thursday night I just did a killer but awesome track workout. For some reason I was filled with energy after my long day of work so I decided to hit the track for some sprints and body weight exercises! I wanted to do something a little different than what I normally do, I usually set a timer for 3 rounds of 10 minutes and I repeat 5 exercises as many r Here is what I did..
Set your timer for 30 minutes and complete this circuit as many times as you can in 30 minutes!
400m sprint (1 full lap around the track)
20 Walking Lunges
40 Bicycle Crunches
It is as simple as that! I got in 8 rounds in the 30 minutes, I'll definitely be doing this workout more so I can see how much I improve as times goes on!
